Option #1

Ultimate team building experience: 60 -90 mins

  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Teams: 4 teams (4–5 athletes per team)
  • Testing Areas: 4
  • Goal: Complete all stations in the fastest time with the best execution while demonstrating teamwork, communication, and leadership.

Test of Speed

Focus: Explosiveness, Multi-Directional Agility, Reaction Speed
Task: Multi-Direction Tennis Ball Course

Course Elements: 

  • Cone sequences 
  • Hurdles
  • “Take It and Leave It” Drill: Pick up or drop tennis balls at various checkpoints while maintaining top speed
  • Challenge: Each team must complete the course 10 times in the shortest time possible.

Purpose:

  • to challenge agility, footwork, and explosiveness—key for speed-based sports, along with hand-eye coordination, reactive decision-making, and multi-directional quickness.

Test of Team

Objective:  Teams work together to prevent balloons from touching the ground for a set period of time.

How It Works

Setup: Each team is provided with several balloons (sometimes one per team member or a specific number). The playing area is defined, and the objective is to keep all balloons airborne.

Rules & Variations:

  • Basic Version: Team members must use any part of their bodies to keep the balloons in the air, but they cannot catch and hold them—only continuous movement is allowed.
  • No talking, or allow only certain team members to use their hands, forcing teams to adapt and strategize through non-verbal communication.
  • Teams may be required to move from one end of the room or field to the other while still keeping the balloons aloft, further testing their coordination under pressure.

    Teams must communicate clearly and quickly to coordinate movements and avoid collisions.
  • Team Coordination:
    Success hinges on each member understanding their role, predicting others’ actions, and making swift adjustments.

    With added constraints (like silence or restricted movement), teams learn to innovate and rely on non-verbal cues.

    The playful nature of the exercise helps break down barriers and fosters a positive team dynamic.

A relentless combination of Cardiovascular fitness and endurance. No rest—only those who push through pain will succeed. Designed for warriors who refuse to quit.

Task: High-Intensity Endurance Circuit

Challenges

  • Row:  1000 meters 
  • Ski Erg – 1000 meters

Drag & Drive

Task: Sled Rope Pull-to-Push

Pull a heavy sled 10 meters using battle ropes, then immediately push it back 10 meters in a two-minute timed challenge.
