How Well Is Your Biology Actually Functioning Today?

Archetype’s Performance Longevity system is built around one central idea: measure capacity, identify limiting factors, and improve them before decline occurs.

What is Performance Longevity System?

Performance Longevity is Archetype’s system for measuring and improving how well the body actually functions, not just how long it has been alive. Rather than measuring disease, Archetype measures capacity. Rather than waiting until something breaks, the system identifies opportunities to improve before decline occurs. The goal is simple: build a bigger engine that allows members to perform at a higher level, recover faster, and remain capable for decades to come. It starts with an assessment and continues through a personalized set of tools designed to improve the score over time.

Performance Longevity services are available to members and non-members. Pricing varies by service, and full details are available on each page.

The Journey

The member experience is built around four simple steps.

Step One

Measure Capacity

Establish a clear baseline across the systems that determine how the body performs.

Step Two

Identify Limiting Systems

Pinpoint where the body is falling behind and where the greatest opportunity for improvement exists.

Step Three

Build a Personalized Roadmap

Apply the right tools and services to address limiting factors and build capacity over time.

Step Four

Retest and Measure Progress

Return every 90 to 120 days to track improvement and adjust the plan accordingly.

Rather than guessing, members receive a clear picture of where they currently stand and exactly where to focus to improve.

Start Here

True Age Assessment

The foundation of the Performance Longevity system. The True Age Assessment measures the external systems of human performance, the ones members experience every day, across five areas: stress resilience, muscle reserve, connective tissue capacity, cardiovascular capacity, and neuromuscular capacity.

Together, these create a single performance score that answers one question: how big is your engine?

The Tools to Improve Your Score

Once the True Age Assessment identifies where the body’s limiting factors are, these are the services designed to address them.

Nutrition

One-on-one counselling with a Performance Dietitian builds a personalized approach to food that supports training, recovery, and longevity goals. Because how the body is fuelled directly affects how well it performs and ages.

Supplements

Targeted supplementation to support performance and recovery, chosen to complement the systems the True Age Assessment measures.
