Experience: Nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, originally from Ontario, where I began my career with the YMCA, spending four years as an Aquatics Lead and Head Basketball Coach. I then spent two years as a Personal Trainer within an Athletic Therapy clinic, supporting rehabilitation and recovery through personal training as well as leading flotation (REST) and cryotherapy sessions.

I have worked extensively with clients in both one-on-one and group training environments, supporting individuals with personalized fitness programming and nutrition guidance to help them achieve sustainable results. I later expanded my scope of practice by incorporating Reformer Pilates and Fascial Stretch Therapy, allowing me to take a more holistic approach to training that supports strength, mobility, recovery, and overall movement quality.

My background in competitive sport- including track & field and fastball- shape my approach to performance, discipline, and teamwork. Today, I still enjoy staying active and can often be found on the golf course. As a fitness leader and coach, my passion lies in developing talent and creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

Training Philosophy:  Training isn’t just about today’s performance; it’s about building the strength, mobility, and resilience that allow us to pursue our full potential for life.

Favourite Post-Workout Meal: Hard-boiled eggs, beef, oatmeal OR greek yogurt, hemp hearts, and pineapple.
