From: Red Deer, Alberta
Experience: I grew up as a multi-sport athlete competing in swimming, volleyball, basketball, and rugby. I swam to the national level and, after my competitive career, I spent 12 years coaching swimmers. Coaching naturally led me into the fitness world. During that time, I earned fitness certifications, including Piloxing (a fusion of Boxing and Pilates), and gained experience teaching group fitness for all ages. I’ve also worked with young athletes in sports like hockey, ringette, and basketball, helping them build strength, confidence, and a strong understanding of effective training & exercise.
Training Philosophy: I’m deeply passionate about sharing my love of fitness and movement. Having navigated my own challenging fitness journey, I know how powerful group classes can be for motivation, support, and confidence. The Archetype community embodies that energy, and my goal is to help people see fitness as something that supports everyday life and long-term health. I always offer modifications so you can challenge yourself in a way that meets you where you’re at, because fitness should be sustainable, empowering, and for life.
Favourite Post-Workout Meal: Without a doubt, a burrito, paired with a chocolate protein shake!
